The March 2022 Financial Report was reviewed. Annette Hillman moved to accept the expense report. Ben Melendez seconded the motion. The motion passed by a vote of 7-0-0.
No shareholders in attendance, proceeding to old business.
Old Business
A & B– Site 1 MIOX cell & New building progress – No new progress noted. Barry will call the contractor.
C. Gallons Metered vs Gallons Billed – tabled until further notice, until we have more confidence in the meters. More people are having problems with the meters, for the tanks, recommended by Water Master. Barry will call the Water Master.
D. Water Table Depth Meter - We are supposed to give the Water Master monthly water level reading, which we have not been doing and have not been requested to do so. Wells do have sounding tubes. The measuring tape will buzz when it touches water so the reading can then be taken. Need to find out the cost of the tape.
New Business
A.Fire Hydrant and I & 30th East – Car accident, the car broke the hydrant down below the ground and BENT the poles (bollards). Recommend reinforcing the new bollards, heavier gauge of steel(?), fill with concrete (?). Current Status – changed the valve so businesses can have water while work is being done on the hydrant. The new hydrant will cost approximately $2000. Work will continue.
Other Information:
The vehicle is still at Jones Automotive being worked on. The ECM came in and would not work. Supplier said they would expedite a new good part and will guarantee it for life. Jones called Ford to see about getting a new good part from them but there is a backorder from the factory.
Need to check to see why Annette Hillman has not gotten her certificate yet.
New roster was given to everyone.
Annette Hillman moved to adjourn the meeting. Garry Everson seconded the motion. The motion passed by a vote of 7-0-0.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:05 P.M.
